Can I upload my file for review without making a purchase?

Absolutely! You can send us your file for review without any commitment. Just head to the "Send a File" option on our homepage if you're not logged in. You can send files up to 1,024 MB.

What should I check when reviewing my electronic PDF proof?

Your electronic PDF proof is your opportunity to review everything before we print. Check the layout, bleeds, crops, and all text—especially names and contact details, as it's easy to overlook typos. Remember, PDF proofs can't perfectly represent color due to monitor differences. If color accuracy is critical, request a hard copy proof, which is complimentary with your first order.

Can you refuse to print certain materials?

Your trust is important to us, and we're committed to legal and ethical printing practices. We may decline orders that contain illegal, offensive, or potentially harmful content, or infringe on third-party rights. We take these precautions to protect both our customers and our business, as outlined in paragraph 20 of our Terms of Service.

What coating options are available for my print projects?

We offer a variety of paper coatings to enhance your prints: • Gloss Coated Paper: Ideal for vibrant photos and fine details. • Matte Coated Paper: Perfect for a non-reflective, soft appearance. • C2S (Coated 2 Sides): Great for double-sided color printing. • C1S (Coated 1 Side): Suitable for printing on one side with a blank reverse. For added impact and protection, consider our high-gloss UV coating. This protective layer intensifies colors and guards against abrasion and chemicals, ideal for items that handle wear and tear. Note: UV coated surfaces cannot be written on.

Will my prints have The Printer's branding?

Absolutely not. Your printed products will be free of our branding, ensuring that your design stands alone without any distractions.

What is variable data printing?

Variable data printing (VDP) lets us customize each piece of your print job with specific information for each recipient. Beyond just printing names and addresses on postcards, we can tailor graphics and content to make each piece personally relevant, significantly enhancing engagement and response rates. Whether it's for marketing campaigns or special announcements, personalization through VDP can make a real impact.

What is the Pantone Matching System?

The Pantone Matching System (PMS) assigns a unique number to each color, ensuring consistency across your print jobs. For digital prints, choose "Color Matching" to closely align with your selected Pantone colors. Although a perfect match isn't always guaranteed, we strive to get as close as possible. For new products, consider requesting a "Hard Proof" to see how your colors turn out before final printing.

How Can I Pay?

For your convenience, we accept cash at local pickups, company checks, and all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.

When is my credit card charged for my order?

Since all our print orders are custom-made, we charge the full amount to your credit card when you place your order to ensure a seamless process.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

Is your website secure for online transactions?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You're welcome to make changes to your order before approving your print job. After approval, it might be challenging to make changes, but contact us right away and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Can I place an order and upload my artwork file later?

Yes, you can. Place your order first, and then you or your graphics person can upload the artwork via the “Send a File” tab. Remember to include your Order Number. This option allows you to send up to 1,024 MB of information.

What if there's a pricing error on your website?

Accuracy is key in everything we do, from printing to pricing. Despite our best efforts to ensure correct information, errors can occur, especially with third-party software involvement. If we spot a pricing error, we may need to refuse or cancel your order after discussing it with you. In such cases, any charges made to your credit card will be promptly refunded. Please note, product prices may change without prior notice.

Choose from a variety of shipping methods to best suit your needs. We offer FedEx and UPS options, ranging from economical ground services to expedited overnight deliveries. Local pickup and delivery are also available for your convenience. Select your preferred method based on speed, cost, and delivery scope during checkout. How quickly will I receive my order?

We aim to ship most orders within 3 business days following proof approval. Delivery times vary by shipping method, ranging from 1 to 4 days based on your location.
